West O’ahu Naturalization Workshops a Success!
The RILC held two successful naturalization workshops on July 22 and July 29 in collaboration with our community partners, the Hawaii Immigrant Justice Center and the Pacific Gateway Center, and sponsored by Kalaeloa Partners, L.P. Thank you to all the volunteers who made the workshops in West O’ahu a huge success!
With their help, we served 24 natz applicants and 1 DACA renewal applicant. We also provided “Know Your Rights” information about family-based immigration and the naturalization process.
Thank you to our partner Hawaii Immigrant Justice Center for taking the lead in organizing the July 22 event. And a very special mahalo nui to Brissa Flores ’24 @brissaflowers for leading and organizing the July 29 workshop!
We are thankful to all of the Richardson students, alumni, and pre-law students as well as community members who volunteered last Saturday. These include RILC Post-J.D.
