Contact
If you have an immigration law need and would like to inquire whether RILC can help you, please send us a message describing the nature of your issue. Interpreters are available by appointment.
Due to our primary mission to educate and train future lawyers, as well as a limited number of staff, students, and pro bono attorneys, we are unable to offer representation to all potential clients. We carefully screen and select potential clients and cases based on criteria such as student, staff, and pro bono attorney availability; income eligibility; legal needs; and fit for the clinical legal education model of practice.
Please note that we do not provide legal or other services related to nonimmigrant visas (e.g., tourist, fiancé(e), student, or employment/business visas); employment-based green cards; purely criminal matters with no immigration law component; and the acquisition of public benefits or identity documents, such as health insurance, state IDs and driver’s licenses, and passports.
