Kāwili: A Musical Collaboration

Two UH alumni, Lance Collins and Zachary Lum, have produced a musical album, Kāwili, that blends two cultures and bridges Hawaii’s immigrant past and future. This delightful album features 11 Filipino folk songs translated into ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi and two Hawaiian songs sung in Ilokano. This musical project is a fantastic addition to Hawaii’s musical culture and it resonates perfectly with the Clinic’s mission. Proceeds from the sale of the album will partially benefit the Refugee & Immigration Law Clinic.
