MAY 20, 2023 PRO BONO ATTORNEY TRAINING

Are you a Hawaii attorney interested in representing clients of the Refugee and Immigration Law Clinic free of charge? The Clinic will be offering a free training on affirmative asylum for volunteer attorneys at the William S. Richardson School of Law on Saturday, May 20, 2023 between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.  Attend live or on Zoom to learn the basics of asylum law and how to put together a compelling affirmative asylum application.  This training is geared toward non-immigration attorneys who are interested in helping an asylum seeker pro bono.  Attorneys interested in earning up to 3.5 CLE credits from attending this free training must register by Friday, May 12, 2023.
